A white tiered dress perfect for spring and summer

I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been looking for a white cotton dress to wear on the soon-to-be-here warm days of spring and summer. What’s good about a white dress, apart from the fact that it helps you stay cool, is that you can literally style it with anything, and every color, making getting dressed easy and fun.

You’d think that finding a white dress wouldn’t be a complicated task, but for me, it turned out to be, since I either didn’t like the style, fabric, price, etc. Until I came across this one. I immediately liked that it’s tiered, and the ruffle details in the collar. What sold the deal for me, again, was the fact that IT HAS POCKETS! Yeah, I’m a little crazy for them, and these ones are real pockets, large enough to hold my phone without weighing it down (my phone is in my pocket in all of these photos).

This is not necessarily a light dress as it’s fully lined, it feels and looks like it has a lot of fabric, and that’s exactly what I like about it - like I said in a previous post, I really am into voluminous dresses lately. The fact that it’s roomy and doesn’t touch my body makes it perfect for the hot and humid days in Florida. As far as styling, I decided to keep it simple and wear it with lace-up espadrilles (mine are old, check these - also here for similar ones), and a vintage necklace and watch.

I found this dress to be of good quality, true to size in the shoulder area - if you’re in between sizes, I’d recommend to size down - however, it’s large at the waist - it’s meant that way, so you won’t get a fitted bodice in this dress if that’s what you’re looking for.

This dress has a great price, and you save 60% with code SALE4YOU, which makes it currently under $23, and a final sale (code valid through 01/26, check back as sales are frequent).

If you love this dress as much as I do, grab it quickly before the price goes up, or it’s sold out.

Until next time.

xoxo,

Em
