I find smocked details to add a touch of femininity, as they beautifully hug just in the right places. The fact that they are stretchy adds comfort and makes these details good for wearing almost all seasons-long.

While I only have a few smocked pieces, my favorite of them is this dress, that I’ve worn numerous times, on the blog, and outside of it. It came tag-free, so I don’t know what brand it is if any, but I love its light, yet sturdy fabric, complemented by the smocked bodice, and floral print. The back of this dress makes it even more special.

As I was browsing - I mentioned I do that a lot - I came across similar dresses (all under $40), that I think are even cuter than mine, and would make beautiful and easy looks for warm days ahead. Which one is your favorite?
