Target dresses for spring and summer

As of today, we are fully vaccinated and I can’t deny that this fact gives us some peace of mind. We’ll be marking this event by having dinner with some friends for the first time in…, well, more than a year. I’m excited!

In other news, summer has fully arrived in Florida as the heat seems to have settled long term (which is until the end of November if we’re to judge based on last year), so we’ve been taking it easy. Also… I’ve mentioned on my Instagram that we’ve been pretty busy here lately with life stuff, and are eager to settle a few things so we can maybe look at planning some road trips later this year. I’m going to be fully honest and say that I’m getting stir crazy staying put in the same place for this long, but at the same time, I’m utterly not interested in visiting or going places and still having to wear a face mask. Because I choose to wear a face mask to protect myself and those around me, though I will admit that I hate it and find it uncomfortable, especially when it’s hot. But it’s the price I’m willing to pay if I’m to save myself or someone else from sickness, at the very least.

And speaking of summer (and spring, as I see that the rest of the country is far from Florida’s temperatures), Target has once again, given us plenty of dresses to get us ready for the season and make us swoon over. I’ve put together a list of my favorites, and I hope you like them as much as I do (my very favorite is this one, and I’m considering buying it, especially as it has pockets!).
