In 2025, in is: 

  • seeking joy. Always.

  • living in the now. It’s all we have — think about it!  

  • wearing what makes me happy. What’s the point otherwise?

  • tuning out unimportant voices. They don’t matter.

  • meditating. It’s life-changing once you master it, I promise!

  • hydration. I’m really not drinking enough water…

  • peace of mind. Claim it! 

  • [educated] confidence. Men have it for no reason, why shouldn’t you?

  • faith. Not to be confused with religion.

  • healthy body and mind. They’re underrated.

  • reading more. It expands the mind!

  • dressing up. Nothing new here.

  • using the good stuff. What are we saving it for?

In 2025, out is:

  • overthinking. It never leads to anything good.  

  • giving in to fear. It only stops you from going after what you truly want!

  • endless scrolling. You have better things to do, seriously!

  • doom scrolling. Because…WHY? 

  • distractions. Focused is better.

  • hopelessness. Always hold hope.

  • giving in to indulgences. Me to self: you feel bad after, you know it, so learn some self-control.  

  • skipping workouts. They make us feel good afterward, so why not keep at it?

  • finishing books/movies/shows we don’t enjoy. Life’s too short!
