2025: ins and outs
In 2025, in is:
seeking joy. Always.
living in the now. It’s all we have — think about it!
wearing what makes me happy. What’s the point otherwise?
tuning out unimportant voices. They don’t matter.
meditating. It’s life-changing once you master it, I promise!
hydration. I’m really not drinking enough water…
peace of mind. Claim it!
[educated] confidence. Men have it for no reason, why shouldn’t you?
faith. Not to be confused with religion.
healthy body and mind. They’re underrated.
reading more. It expands the mind!
dressing up. Nothing new here.
using the good stuff. What are we saving it for?
In 2025, out is:
overthinking. It never leads to anything good.
giving in to fear. It only stops you from going after what you truly want!
endless scrolling. You have better things to do, seriously!
doom scrolling. Because…WHY?
distractions. Focused is better.
hopelessness. Always hold hope.
giving in to indulgences. Me to self: you feel bad after, you know it, so learn some self-control.
skipping workouts. They make us feel good afterward, so why not keep at it?
finishing books/movies/shows we don’t enjoy. Life’s too short!
