Fall dresses under $100

The fall season is on everyone’s mind these days… yes, that includes those of us in the South, who are still melting with weather into the 90s. The difference over here is that we’re hoping for cooler weather to be able to just get outside without sweating the moment we do… Layers and booties are not of concern right now, and I’m fully OK with that. After all, changing seasons, and wearing booties and layers aren’t the reasons we moved to the South, (spoiler, it’s the lack of them). All that to say that what we wear here these days is very much the same as the rest of the year, and I still go for my light and colorful items… One, because they make me happy, and, two, because they reflect the sun away from me, thus, helping with the heat.
With that said, I am here to encourage you to wear colors (judging by our “stroll” up the coast this past week, it’s still miserably hot in many places).
For colors, choose reds, yellows and mustards, burgundy, bright blues, and greens (though please avoid neons — rarely do they look good), and let them brighten your mood. To help with it, you’ll find plenty of options linked below, though, if you’re a fan of dark colors, I thought of you, too.
