Can you believe we’re just shy of the mid-February mark? Crazy, considering that January was the longest month ever. To me, it feels like February has only just begun! Anyway…
How are you feeling?
This week feels a bit off (or maybe I’m feeling off), so I’m taking it day by day, and looking forward to doing something nice this coming weekend. Though we have nothing planned so far…
In the meantime, here’s what’s bringing me joy this week (it’s the little things, am I right?):
these adorable bow pearl earrings! If you’re looking for a Valentine’s Day gift idea, here’s one (yes, I know I’m very late to the party…). I’ve had these earrings for a while and I love them.
Gilmore Girls. It’s safe to say it won us over and it’s now a comfort show (we’re only on season two though — I have no idea where it’s going). But it’s entertaining and it brings joy!
finding straw flowers. I do have a tiny hobby of preserving flowers. As in, I buy flowers that dry well (Limonium/statice flowers, straw flowers, etc.) and keep them for as long as possible (aka, years); I much prefer them to plastic or fake flowers. So far, I’ve only been able to find limonium around here, so imagine my surprise when I found straw flowers at the grocery store the other day. They bring me so much joy!
