A must-have dress for spring and summer

From the moment I saw this dress, I knew I needed it! Its understated elegance was just what I was looking for this season.
Of course, there was some back and forth on which color to get. I was set on getting it in green but landed on blue at the time of purchase because the shade was irresistible! Another detail that I love about it? The center front slit — it makes it look elegant and classy.
This linen blend dress can be dressed up or down — and I know you hear that a lot, but it truly is the case with this dress. In the photos, I show just a few easy ways to wear it. It’s so good I want it in black, as well.
Important to note that this dress is only partially lined in the bodice but it’s not see-through. Being that the fabric is a linen blend, it wrinkles, however, that’s nothing my trusty wrinkle releaser can’t handle (if needed, I spray it the night before and just embrace those creases that occur while wearing).
Sizing
As far as fit, it’s comfortable to wear and I don’t find it to be restrictive. I mentioned that if you’re between sizes, choose the size up (as I did). However, after wearing it, I’d say it comes down to how you want it to fit because you can go either way. The fabric has some stretch, and linen tends to slightly expand when wearing (though it will be tight right after washing). Given these, I’m debating on the size of my next one (I’m 99% sure I’m getting the black).
Bottom line
This dress is perfect for whatever’s on your calendar this season. It’s great for work, casual outings, and, yes, even as a less formal wedding guest dress. Plus, it comes with a great price and is currently on sale (and going fast!) — it would be a shame to miss!
