Shirtdresses I'm loving
I am a big fan of shirtdresses since I find them versatile and easy to wear.
With a shirt dress, you can be all about that comfy style while looking put together; to me, a shirt dress represents effortless style at its best!
In terms of how to wear a shirt dress, there are numerous ways: wear it as-is and play with accessories (like I did in the photo above), add a fun belt, wear it with a jean or tweed jacket, or throw a sweater over your shoulders. Depending on style and fabric, they also work with pretty much any shoes, so the possibilities are endless.
My outfit details: The shirt dress I’m wearing is by Joie, however, it is sold out; this one by Banana Republic is a pretty close version. I have been wearing this leather basket bag almost nonstop lately, along with these oversized sunglasses (both are currently on sale).
I have been seeing so many styles lately that have left me with heart-eyes, and I thought of dedicating a blog post to them. Now on to shirt dresses I think are worth it…
I have this shirtdress in two colors (seen here and here, and below) — it’s really nice and perfect for any occasion; I can’t say I’m not considering it in this colorway, as well. They fit true to size and they’re long (I’m 5'5" and they hit below my ankles). It’s also available here.
