Well, this summer is flying by and I truly can’t believe that August is almost here. While we’re at no risk of “running out” of summer in Florida any time soon, things tend to get blurry when everyone else is experiencing the changing seasons, and well, there are no signs of that here.
I am getting ahead of myself, and it might have something to do with the Sarah Flint fall (and holiday season) styles preview call I was on yesterday… As a Sarah Flint Brand Ambassador, we get sneak peeks of what’s coming, and let me say that you will absolutely love everything — I know I do! Note: I have a discount code for you that offers $60 off your first SF full-priced purchase. Just add SARAHFLINT-BABLOOMINGMAGNOLIAS at checkout or use this exclusive link that does that automatically for you — there are so many gorgeous styles to choose from! Check my Sarah Flint posts for details about what makes this brand so special.
All that aside, here are the 5 things that are bringing me joy this week:
Espadrilles! I just purchased these, these, and these, and I’m in love! I can never have enough espadrilles as I think that they’re the most versatile shoes. Being an espadrilles lover thru and thru, scoring these at amazing prices sure brings me joy!
These stoneware bowls — Stoneware and ceramics are a weakness of mine, and these are perfect for making bowl meals and are pleasing to the eye. While I was searching for ours, I found these ceramic magnolias bowls, these lemon ones (oh, my Italian dreams…), as well as these blue and white scalloped bowls, and, well, how many bowls are too many — asking for a friend…
Sunrises! Being awakened early is definitely not a pleasant thing, but experiencing beautiful sunrises as a result of that sure is!
Scoring 2-dozen roses for the price of one — I guess you can say that it’s been a good week with great sales! Seeing fresh flowers throughout our home sure does bring me joy!
And finally, getting published in VoyageTampa!!! They reached out to me a few weeks ago for an interview (whoever referred me to them — thank you!), and of course, I accepted. It was fun sharing my story in a way I don’t do here. Even better — through their website I was able to discover so many local creatives and businesses I can’t wait to connect with! Read the interview here and let me know what you think!
What’s bringing YOU joy this week?

Em
